A first lost tooth

I thought that Bria would at least be in school before we had any teeth fall out, so imagine my surprise this afternoon when Bria very proudly announced that she had a loose tooth. I asked to look in her mouth and I was honestly surprised that she hadn't noticed it before. It was very loose - almost ready to fall out. Well, needless to say, Bria was delighted! She danced and sang around the house so much that her dad decided to help her tooth along (thinking this might calm her down). After it was completely out, the excitement only escalated! I wouldn't have thought she knew so much about the tooth fairy, but apparently word has gotten around. So, now she has so many guesses about what the tooth fairy will leave under her pillow. I guess we'll have to see!!!

  1. Holy Cow! I can't believe it. Mason didn't lose his first tooth until the end of Kindergarden! (He's only lost two total.) I did notice that the girls in his first grade class have all lost their four front teeth though. Maybe girls just lose them earlier. It makes me want to go take Ellorie to have her pictures taken before they fall out!
